ORDINANCE 40 1971,
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY
IN BLOCK 315, CAPITOL HILL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS
WHL-REAS, the owners of the property adjoining the same have
petitioned the City of Fort Collins to vacate a portion of the alley in
Block 315 of Capitol Hill Addition to the Lity of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, such portion of said alley as now platted Is not
needed for municipal purposes nor will it be needed in the future for
municipal purposes, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the
City will in no way be prejudiced by the vacation of said alley
NOW, THbREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORE COLLINS that all of the alley in Block 315, Capitol Hill Addition
to the Lity of Fort Collins lying south of the Arthur Ditch, except the
south 110 feet thereof, be and the same hereby is abolished, vacated
and abated
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 4th day of November, 1971, and to be presented for final
passage on the 24th day of November, 1971
