BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-24
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 2-24 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the
words and figures "thirteen thousand five hundred dollars C$13,500 00)"
and by substituting therefor the following words and figures "twenty five
thousand dollars C$25,000 00)"
Section 2 This ordinance shall be effective on July 1, 1975
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 19th day of December, A D 1974, and to be presented for
final passage on the 7th day of January, A.D 1975
