OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS

That the zoning district map of the City of Fort

Collins, Colorado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the
i
City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing the
zoning classification from R-L-P Low Density Planned Residential
District to I-P Industrial Park District for the following
described property in the City, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the S 1/2 of the S 1/2 of
Section 30 , Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th
P M , Larimer County Colorado, which considering the
South line of said Section 30 as bearing N 89038 ' W and
with all bearings contained herein relative thereto
begins at the Southeast corner of said Section 30 and
runs thence along the South line of said Section 30 N
89*38 ' W 1056 10 feet more or less to the East line of
the right of way of the Union Pacific Railroad Company,
thence along said East line N 00°27 ' 13" E 1131 99 feet,
thence S 89044129" E 1055 87 feet to a point on the
East line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 30, thence
along said East line S 00°26 ' 30" W 1133 98 feet to the
point of beginning
