OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI77—OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A UTILITY, PUBLIC ACCESS
AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT CONTAINED IN TRACT A, STUART
HILL P U D SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a utility, public access and drainage easement contained in Tract
A, Stuart Hill P U D Subdivision, and
WHEREAS , new easements have been defined on the approved replat
drawings, and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation,
NOW, THEREFORE , be it ordained by the Council of the City of Fort
Collins that that certain utility, public access and drainage easement
contained in Tract A in the Stuart Hill P U D Subdivision be, and the
same hereby is, vacated, abated, and abolished in its entirety
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of August, 1982 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 7th day of September, 1982
