AS IT PELATES TO THE COPPOSITION OF THE
LIQUOR LICEi'SIHG AUTdOPITY
' HEREAS, the Liquor Licensing Authority now consists of five (5)
iiemoers appointed by the City Council , and
'JHEREAS, the City Council believes it to be in the best interest of
the people of the City of Fort Collins to increase the membership of such
authority to seven (7) members
WW, THEREFOPE, BE IT ORDAINED 8Y THE COUJCIL OF ThE CITY OF FOPT
COLLIi'S tnat Section 33-2(B) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be,
and the same nereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the word and figure
"five" (5) , and adding thereto the word and figure "seven" (7)
introduced, considered favorably on first readinq and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of Amu ust�, 1982, and to De presented for final
passage on the 7th day o September ptember 1982
