ORDINANCE NO 96 , 1982
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at anytime during the year, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue from Larimer
County CDBG for the purpose of payments to be made to sub-contractors of
Crown Enterprises for housing rehabilitation work performed, and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Block Grant Program provides loans
to qualified home-owners for housing rehabilitation and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Block Grant Program has program
income from the repayment of these loans
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the County Community Development Block Grant Fund
the sum of THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($3,965) as
follows
1 Payment to subcontractor for work done on the Dean property, 421
N Sunset, Fort Collins, CO $ 3,065
2 Housing Rehabilitation in the amount of $ 900
TOTAL $ 3 ,965
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of Se mbp , 1982 , and to be presented for final
