OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITT F FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR
RESERVES IN THE REVENUE SHARING FUND
FOR TRANSFER TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated in prior
years at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to purchase computer equipment for a Muni-
cipal Court interface to the Police POSSE System, and
WHEREAS , there are prior year reserves available in the Revenue
Sharing Fund for this purpose and this use is consistent with the Revenue
Sharing policy
NO'J, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated from prior year reserves in the
Revenue Sharing Fund for transfer to and expenditure in the General Fund in
1982, the total sum of Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Dollars ($7,570)
for purchase of computer equipment for the Municipal Court
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of September, A D , 1982, and to be presented for
final passage on the 21st day of September, A D , 1982
