OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING ARTICLE VIII OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND FIXING THE SALARY
OF THE CITY ATTORNEY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That Section 2-23 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relative to the salary of the City Attorney be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures, "Thirty-Six Thousand
Dollars ($36,000) per annum" and by substituting therefor the words and
figures "Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) per annum "
Section 2 That the effective date of this Ordinance shall be Jan-
uary 1 , 1983
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of September, A D 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of September, A D 1982
