APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUES IN THE
PERPETUAL CARE FUND FOR 1980
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in which such revenues were received, and
WHEREAS, the Perpetual Care Fund was created to identify monies
received by the City for perpetual care of cemetery lots and interest
earned by this Fund is contributed to the Cemetery Fund for operation and
maintenance, and
WHEREAS, there are unanticipated revenues in the Perpetual Care Fund
as the result of additional interest earned
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Perpetual Care Fund, the sum of FOUR THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($4,775 00) for transfer to the Cemetery
Fund for operation and maintenance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
