BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENTIING SECTION 2-83
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE CULTURAL
RESOURCES BOARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section
2-83 (A) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby
is, amended to read as follows
"A Matters pertaining to the designation of historic
landmarks and landmark districts within the City In
this connection, the Board shall , as it aeems appro-
priate, study areas of the City for the purpose
of locating potential historic landmarks and landmark
districts and shall make recommendations to the Council
concerning potential designation of such landmarks
and landmark districts "
