OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY—OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES
IN THE SEWER AND CAPITAL PROJECTS FUNDS
WHEREAS, Article V, Sections 8 and 15, of the Charter of the City
of Fort Collins provide that Council may appropriate revenue at any time
during the year in which such revenue is received, and may authorize the
transfer of any unexpended, appropriated amounts from one fund to another,
and
WHEREAS, the proceeds of a bond issue will be deposited in the Sewer
Fund for transfer to the Capital Projects Fund to cover bond issuance
costs
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982
Section 1 The total sum of Fifty-One Thousand Dollars ($51 ,000) in
the Sewer Fund for transfer to the Capital Projects Fund
Section 2 The total sum of Fifty-One Thousand Dollars ($51,000) in
the Capital Projects Fund for the purpose of paying bond issuance costs
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of September, A D , 1982, and to be presented for
final passage on the 21st day of September, A D , 1982
