OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI77-6F FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TPANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the City Charter authorizes City
Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one project to another
project, and
WHEREAS, funds are available to Streets Minor Capital for transfer to
the Horsetooth and Lemay Median Project
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer is authorized
1 FROM Streets Minor Capital $35,000
TO Horsetooth and Lemay
Median Project $35,000
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of September, A D 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of October, A D 1982
