OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
PEVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Sections 8 and 15 of the Charter of the City of
Fort Collins provide that Council may appropriate unanticipated revenue
received at any time during the year, and may authorize the transfer of any
unexpended, appropriated amounts from one fund to another, and
WHEREAS, the City has received a Section 3 Urban Mass Transit Ad-
ministration grant for the Transfort Bus Facility construction, and
WHEREAS, current appropriations are available in the General and
Capital Projects Funds for the required City' s match
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the sum of TWO HUNDRED
THIRTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDPED FIFTY-FOUR DOLLARS ($230,254) as follows
Federal Grant $200,000
General Fund Transfer
to Capital Projects 30,254
TOTAL $230,254
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of September, A D 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of October , A D 1982
