ORDINANCE NO 121, 1982
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITTUF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE INCREASING ANNUAL REGISTRATION
FEE FOR ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS
WHEREAS, in accordance with §47-10 of Chapter 47 of the Code of the
City of Fort Collins, electrical contractors are presently required to pay
an annual registration fee of $10 00, and
WHEREAS, the administrative costs of processing applications, in-
cluding but not limited to the filing of a performance bond, verification
of liability insurance and verification that the electrical contractor
holds a valid state license has increased, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins hereby determines
that an annual registration fee of $50 00 for the purpose of defraying said
administrative costs is reasonable
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that §47-10(B)(5) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and
hereby is, amended by deleting the words ten dollars ($10 00) and inserting
the words fifty dollars ($50 00) in said ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 5th day of October, A D 1982, and to be presented for final
