OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE INCREASING THE ANNUAL
REGISTRATION FEE OF MASTER PLUMBERS AND
REPEALING ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEES OF JOURNEYMEN
PLUMBERS AND APPRENTICE PLUMBERS
WHEREAS, §86-5(B) (3) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins presently
requires the payment of ten dollars registration fee for master and jour-
neymen plumbers and five dollars registration fee for apprentice plumbers,
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins hereby determines
that an increase in the registration fee for a master plumber to fifty
dollars is necessary to defray any and all adminstrative costs of the City,
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins desires not to
collect a registration fee for journeymen plumbers or apprentice plumbers
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that §86-5(B) (3) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins is hereby
repealed and reenacted as follows
The registration fee to be paid in order to register
as a master plumber in the City shall be fifty dollars
($50 00)
