BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENUM SECTION 105-1
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE TAXATION OF TELEPHONE
UTILITIES AND PROVIDING FOR A TAX ON SUCH
UTILITIES OF $ 70 PER ACCOUNT PER MONTH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 105-1 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the words and
phrase "sixty-five cents ($ 65)" and adding thereto the words and phrase
"seventy cents ($ 70)"
Section 2 That the amendments set forth in Section 1 above become
effective January 1, 1983
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
