OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins provides that Council may appropriate unanticipated revenue re-
ceived at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, the City has received additional Section 3 and Section 5
Urban Mass Transit Administration grant funds for the Transfort Bus Facil-
ity construction
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the sum of FOUR HUNDRED
TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND SIXTEEN DOLLARS ($421 ,016) as follows

5 additional buses $343,320
Section 5 Capital Available
Support of bus purchases 77 ,696
(fare boxes, bus equipment)

Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
