OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CTTT_0 F FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED REVENUE
IN THE UMTA - SECTION 8 GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, the City has received additional Section 8 Urban Mass Transit
Administration Grant funds for the purpose of a vehicle preventative
maintenance and quality control program, a marketing plan for Transfort, a
building preventative maintenance program, and an implementation plan for
the new transit facility
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the UMTA - Section 8 Grant Fund the sum of FORTY
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT DOLLARS ($40,748)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of October, A D 1982 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 16th day of November, A D 1982
