ORDINANCE NO 134 , 1982
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES
IN THE EDA AND GENERAL FUNDS
WHEREAS, Article V, Sections 8 and 15, of the Charter of the City of
Fort Collins provide that Council may appropriate revenue at any time
during the year in which such revenue is received, and may authorize the
transfer of any unexpended, appropriated amounts from one fund to another,
and
WHEREAS , the Economic Development Act Fund has an appropriated
balance of $7,941 and an additional $7,259 of interest earnings in fund
balance, and
WHEREAS, these funds are available to be used for General Fund Facil-
ities projects in 1982
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That the total sum of Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty
Nine Dollars ($7,259) in the Economic Development Act Fund be, and the same
hereby is, appropriated for expenditure in 1982
Section 2 That the Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars
($7,259) as herein appropriated for expenditure in 1982, be combined with
Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Forty One Dollars ($7,941) already appropriated
in the EDA Fund, and said total sum of Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred Dollars
($15,200) be transferred to the General Fund for the purpose of paying for
Facilities projects
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 19th day of October, A D , 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 16th day of November, A D , 1982
