OF THE COUNCIL OF THE C=OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING BOND PROCEEDS
IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins provides that Council may appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to purchase and develop Block 31 as a parking
lot, and
WHEREAS, the proceeds of the Sales and Use Tax Bonds will be deposited
in the Capital Projects Fund to cover development costs of Block 31 and
bond issuance costs
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from bond
proceeds in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-
SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($957,000) for Block 31 land acquisition and devel-
opment and for the cost to issue bonds
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 9th day of November, A D , 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 23rd day of November, A D , 1982
