OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING BOND
ANTICIPATION NOTES IN THE SOUTHRIDGE GREENS
GOLF COURSE SINKING FUND
WHEREAS, Article V. Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins provides that Council may appropriate unanticipated revenue at any
time during the year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the proceeds of a Bond Anticipation Note will be deposited in
the "City of Fort Collins, Colorado, Bond Anticipation Notes, Series
October 1, 1982, Note Fund " to cover note issuance costs and construction
of the Southridge Greens Golf Course, and
WHEREAS, the Fund title included in Ordinance No 106, 1982, of "City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, Bond Anticipation Notes, Series October 1, 1982,
Note Fund" is inordinately long and not descriptive
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982, the
total sum of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY
DOLLARS ($2,880,760) in the "City of Fort Collins, Colorado, Bond Antici-
pation Notes, Series October 1, 1982, Note Fund", to be known in the future
as the Southridge Greens Golf Course Sinking Fund
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of November, A D 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 7th day of December, A D , 1982
