OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V. Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenue received
at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, the Light and Power Fund has sufficient appropriations
available to transfer to the Capital Projects Fund for the design and
construction of landscaping for the Light and Power substation to be
located at the Transfort Bus Facility Project site
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the Capital Projects Fund the sum of ONE HUNDRED
FORTY-THREE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($143,400) for the design and
construction of landscaping for the Light and Power Substation
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of November , A D , 1982, and to be presented for
final passage on the 7th aY� December A D 1982
