OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A UTILITY ACCESS
EASEMENT IN THE SOUTH MESA SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has been petitioned
to vacate a utility access easement located in the South Mesa Subdivision
as more particularly set out below, and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will
in no way be prejudiced or injured by said vacation
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the City of Fort
Collins that that certain utility access easement in the South Mesa Sub-
division as set out as follows, to wit
Beginning at the northwest corner of said lot 199
proceed south 89°54'00" E 99 84 feet along the north
line of said lot 19 to the northeast corner of said lot
19, thence south 00°05'00" E 10 00 feet, thence north
89054' 00" W 99 84 feet, thence north 00005'00" W
10 00 feet more or less to the point of beginning
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished in its entirety
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of November, A D 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 7th day of December, A D , 1982
