OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the City Charter authorizes City
Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one project to another
project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized parking credits to be given to
Street Improvement District # 74 property owners; and
WHEREAS, the Street Improvement District # 74 project cost is $36,696
more than originally anticipated; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Streets Minor Capital for transfer to
Street Improvement District #74 project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer is authorized:
FROM: Streets Minor Capital $36,696
TO: Street Improvement District #74 $36,696
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of November, A.D. , 1982, and to be presented for
final passage on this 7th day of December, A.D. , 1982.
