OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR
RESERVES IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR TRANSFER
TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City
of Fort Collins, the City is authorized to make expenditures of funds from
reserves accumulated in prior years; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the General Fund Capital Reserve for
transfer to the Capital Projects Fund.
WHEREAS, Council desires to use these funds for 1983 capital projects
as authorized in the 1983-1987 Capital Improvement Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for transfer in 1982 from prior
year reserves in the General Fund the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN
THOUSAND SEVENTY-SIX DOLLARS ($577,076) to the Capital Projects Fund for
1983 capital projects. .
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of December , A.D. , 1982 and to be presented for
final passage on the 21st day of December , A.D. 1982.
