AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS
BETWEEN CAPITAL PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the City Charter authorizes City
Council to transfer appropriated amounts from one project to another
project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized creation of the Lemay and Horse-
tooth Median Project for the purpose of installing improvements ; and
WHEREAS, the total project budget needs to be increased by $7,550
based upon actual bids received; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Streets Minor Capital for transfer to
the Horsetooth and Lemay Median Project in order to complete the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following transfer is authorized:
FROM: Streets Minor Capital $7,550
TO: Horsetooth and Lemay
Median Project $7,550
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of December, A. D. , 1982, and to be presented for
final passage on the 21st day of December, A.D. , 1982.
