OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING Aii ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 133, 1979
WHEREAS, Ordinance No 133, 1979, relating to supplementary building
height regulations was adopted on second reading on Octooer 16, 1979, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance No 133, 1979 mistakenly cited Section 188-83,
and
WHEREAS, the proper Section to be cited in Ordinance No 133, 1979
is Section 118-83
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT GRDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Ordinance No 133, 1979 be, and it hereby is, amended by
deleting the reference to Section 188-83 and properly citing Section
118-83
Introduced, considered favoraoly on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 22nd day of January A D 1980, and to be presented
for final passage on the 5th day of ffebruary A D 1980
