BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING
A SIX FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
BANYAN DPIVE IN WESTGATE SECOND FILING
IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the owner of certain lots wi thin the Westgate Second Filing
Subdivision in the City of Fort Collins has petitioned the City Council to
vacate the following described easement, and
WHEREAS, said easement is not needed for municipal purposes no-
will the same be needed for runicipal purposes in the future
NOW, THEPEFOPE, bE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOPT
COLLINS AS FOLLOWS

A tract of land located in the North 1/2 of the North-
east 1/4 of Section 20, Townsnip / Nortr, Range 69 112st
of the 6th P N , of Larimer County, Colorado, being
more particularly described as follows
A 6 foot permanent utility easement adjacent and
parallel to the east property line of Lot 1, Block 4,
