BEING AN OPDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF ThE CITY OF FOPT COLLINS,
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
WAGON WhEEL REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED by THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classification from "RLP" , Lori Density Planned Pesidential
Zonino District, to "R-P" , Planned Residential Zoning District, for the
following described property in the City known as the Waqon Wheel Pezoning
A parcel of land located in the Southeast one-quarter
(SE 1/4) of Section 27, Township 7 North, Range 69 West
of the 6th Principal Neridian, City of Fort Collins,
County of Larimer , State of Coloraao, described as
Outlot "B" of Wagon Wneel Filing No 1, as recorded in
Book 1974, Pages 200 and 201 of the Larimer County
records and being more particularly described as
