OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
REAPPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR 1979 CAPITAL PkOJECTS
WHEPEAS, pursuant to Article V, Section 10 of the Charter of the City
of Fort Collins, several aopropriations for capital projects authorized
during the calendar year 1979 lapsed, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sectinn 8, Article V, of the Charter of the City
of Fort Collins, the City is authorized to male expenditures of funds from
reserves accumulated in prior years
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OPDAINED BY ThE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in
1980 from accumulated reserves in the Seven Year Capital Fund the total sum
of One Million Two Hundred Sixt) Five Five Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars
($1 ,265,578) as follows
