OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOPT COLLINS
APPROPRIATING FUNDS FPOM RESERVES ACCUriULATED IN
IN THE SEVEN YEAP CAPITAL FUND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF A RESIDENTIAL FIRE STATION
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8 of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins provides for the expenditure of reserves accumulates in prior
years, and
WHEREAS, because of unanticipated contingencies, the construction of
the residential fire station authorizes in 1979 will require the expend-
iture of an additional $32,380 00 , and
WHEREAS, sufficient funds remain in accumulated reserves in tiie Seven
Year Capital Fund to finance said project
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that tnere is hereby appropriated from reserves accumulated in
prior years in the Seven Year Capital Fund tine sum of Thirty Two Triousand
Three Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($32,3SO 00) to be utilizea for tine
construction of a residential fire station
