ORDINANCE NO 29 1950
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPFIATING UNANTICIPATED
FUNDS IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Chatter of the City of Fort
Collirs permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues at any
time during the year in �+hich such revenues were received, and
0HEREAS, there has been newly created a Capital Projects Fund to which
have been transferred funds for the completion and construction of capital
pt oJects, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Council apot opt iate funds from the
Capital Project Fund for capital projects to be constructed during 1950
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Capital Projects Fund the total slim of Three
Million, One Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Nirety Six Dollars (S3, iS7,096 )
as follows
