HomeMy WebLinkAbout061 - 06/21/1977 - AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 018, 1977, RELATING TO ZONING AND LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS IN THE R-H (HIGH DEN i { 1 ORDINANCE NO. 61 , 1977 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 18, a 1977, RELATING TO ZONING AND LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS IN THE R-H (HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) , B-L (LIMITED BUSINESS) AND i H-B (HIGHWAY BUSINESS) ZONING DISTRICTS , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS: Section 1. That Section 118-44I (1) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins enacted by Section 2 of Ordinance No. 18, 1977, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows- "I. Landscape requirements. I " (1) Uses (5) through (20) , inclusive, listed in A above shall require that a landscape plan complying with subparts (1) through (9) , inclusive, of Section } 118-83F (3) (b) of this Chapter shall be submitted and f approved by the City Administration The City Administra- tion shall take action to approve or disapprove of any i such plan within fourteen (14) days after the elan is submitted -- to the Building Inspection Department Appeal from the action of the City Administration may be taken by the } property owner to the Planning and Zoning Board by filing a notice of appeal with the Building Inspection Department. The property owner may further appeal the decision of the Planning and Zoning Board to the City Council by filing notice of appeal with the City Clerk. Any notice of appeal shall be filed within seven (7) days from the date the property owner is advised of the final action of the City Administration or the date of decision of the Planning and Zoning Board. " Section 2. That Section 118-61F(1) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins enacted by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 18, 1977, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows. "F. Landscape requirements. j " (1) Any use in this district shall require that i a landscape plan complying with subparts (1) through (9) , inclusive, of Section 118-83F(3) (b) of this Chapter I shall be submitted and approved by the City Administra- tion The City Administration shall take action to approve or disapprove any such plan within fourteen (14) days after the plan is submitted to the Building Inspec- tion Department Appeal from the action of the City Administration may be taken by the property owner to the Planning and Zoning Board by filing a notice of appeal with the Building Inspection Department The property owner may further appeal the decision of the Planning and Zoning Board to the City Council by filing notice of appeal with the City Clerk.
