BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COLLINS.
That the zoning district map of the City o/Fort
Collins, Colorado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the
City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by che(nging the
zoning classification from R-L, Low Density/Residential
District to R-H, High Density Residential District for the
following described property in the City/to-wit:
A tract of land situate in the SW�'1/4 of Section 14,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West f f the 6th P.M. , Larimer
County, Colorado, described /ads//follows•
Commencing at a point 30 feet East and 603 4 feet North
of the SW corner of said Section 14, thence East 663.3
feet, thence North 55 85,/feet, thence N 89043' W 460. 8
feet, thence West 172 5 feet more or less to a point
58 09 feet North of the point of beginning, thence
South 58.09 feet to ,t'he point of beginning.
Also Lots 1, 2 and 3, the Resubdivision of Woods Sub-
division in the City of Fort Collins
Street addresses 1412 thru 1504 South Shields Street.
Introduced; considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 21st day of June, A.D. 1977, and to
be presented for final passage on the 5th day of July, A.D.
