OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING
TO THE LEVYING OF A TAX AGAINST TELEPHONE UTILITY
COMPANIES AND INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF SAID
TAX TO $100,000. 00 ANNUALLY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT

That Section 105-1 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be and the same hereby is amended by deleting the
words and figures "ninety thousand dollars ($90, 000 ) "
therefrom and by substituting therefor the words and
figures "one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000 ) "
