HomeMy WebLinkAbout114 - 10/04/1977 - ZONING THE NELSON SECOND ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO 114 , 1977 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDINU-CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE NELSON SECOND ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins, be and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Nelson Second Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in zoning districts as follows A R-L-P Low Density Planned Residential Zoning District A tract of land situate in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P M , Larimer County, Colorado, which consi9en ng the East line of said Southeast 1/4 as bearing S 00 26'30" W and with all bearings contained herein, relative thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 30 and run thence along said East line S 00°26'30" W 795 00 feet, thence N 89 49'59" W 1206 25 feet to a point on the West right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, thence along said West right- of-way line, N 00°24'43" E 794 32 feet to a point on the East-West centerline of said Section 30, thence along said East-West centerline, S 89 51 '55" E 1206 67 feet to the point of beginning, containing 22 01 acres, more or less B R-H High Density Residential Zoning District A tract of land situate in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P M , Larimer County, Colorado, which consi$ering the East line of said Southeast 1/4 as bearing S 00 26'30" W and with all bearings contained herein, relative thereto, and beginnin8 at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 30, thence S 00 26'30" 795 00 feet to the true point of beginning, thence S 00 26'30" W 732 80 feet, thence N 89 44'29" W 1205 87 feet to a point on the West right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, thence along said West right-of-way line, N 00 24'43" E 730 87 feet, thence S 89°49'59" E 1206 25 feet to the true point of beginning, containing 20.2615 acres, more or less Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this loth day of September , A D 1977, and to be presented for final passage on the 4th day of October A D 1977 ayor , ATTEST ,ty Clerk Passed and adopted on final reading this 4th day of October ,A D 1977 Mayor A,TTpEST/ opvo CityClerk Deputy -2-
