BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF
AN EASEMENT IN THE SILVERWOOD VILLAGE, FIRST FILING
WHEREAS, the plat of the Silverwood Village, First Filing, dedicated
to the City of Fort Collins an easement for utilities over, across and
under the easterly 15 feet of Lots 45 through 57 and Lots 59 and 60 of
Silverwood Village, First Filing, and
WHEREAS, such easement is of more width than needed and the owners
of the property across which the same is located have requested that the
City of Fort Collins vacate a portion of said easement, and
WHEREAS, the portion of said easement for which request is made for
vacation is not needed for municipal purposes nor will the same be needed
for municipal purposes in the future
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following described portion of an easement across the
Easterly side of Lots 45 through 57, and Lots 59 and 60 of Silverwood
Village, First Filing, to-wit
The Westerly 9 feet of the Easterly 15 feet of
Lots 45 through 57, and Lots 59 and 60 of
Silverwood Village, First Filing, in the City
of Fort Collins , Colorado
be, and the same hereby is, abated, vacated and abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 13th day of December, A D 1977, and to be presented for
final passage on the 3rd day of January, A D 1978
