BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins,
is hereby amended by changing the zoning classification from R-M, Medium
Density Residential District to I-P, Planned Industrial District for
the following described property in the City, to-wit
Commencing at a point N 89007' W 1090 feet, and again
N 0 53' E 70 feet from the East One-quarter corner
of Section 12, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the
6th g M , County of Larimer, State of Colorado, thence
N 0 53' E 346 8 feet, thence S 89°36' W 770 13 feet,
thence S 0°53' W 178 feet, thence S 89°Oa' E 52 feet,
thence S 0°53' W 151 8 feet, thence S 89 07' E 718
feet to the point of beginning, in the County of Larimer and
State of Colorado, EXCEPT the following Two tracts of
land situate in the Northeast One-quarter of Section 12,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , which
considering the south line of said Northeast one-quarter
as bearing N 89 07' W and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto, are more particularly described
as follows
TRACT "A" Begin at a point which bears N 89 07 ' W 1090 00
feet and again N 00053' E 70 00 feet from the East o8e-
quarter corner of said Section 12 and run thence N 00 53'
E 34g 80 feet, thence S 89 36' West b26 03 feet, thence
S 00 53' W 343 90 feet, thence S 89 07 ' E 126 00 feet
to the point of beginning
TRACT "B" Begin at a point which bears N 89 07 ' W a090 00
feet and again N 00°53' E 70 00 feet and again N 89 07 '
W 126 00 feet from the East one-quarter corner of said Section
12 and run thence N 00053' E 343 98 feet, thence S 890
36' 4' 126 03 feet, thence S 00053 ' '! 341 15 feet, thence
S 80007 ' E 126 00 feet to the point of beginning, in the
County of Larimer and State of Colorado
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
