BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLI
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Col ns,
Colorado, adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City o Fort Collins,
is hereby amended by changing the zoning classificatio from R-L,
Low Density Residential District to R-H, High Densit Residential
District for the following described property in th City, to-wit
Commencing at the NW corner of Sec on 15, Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th M , Larimer
County, Colorado, thence south 3 08 feet, thence
east 150 6 feet, thence north the north line
of said section, thence West 0 6 feet to point
of beginning (less the Count Road) in Fort Collins
