BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE
VILLAGE WEST SUBDIVISION, FIFTH FILING
WHEREAS, the plat of the Village'West Subdivision,
Fifth Filing, dedicated an easement 12 feet in width along
the north side of Lot 18 in that subdivision; and
WHEREAS, such Lot 18 was resubdivided and included in
the plat of the Village West Subdivision, Eighth Filing, as
Lots 49 and 50; and
WHEREAS, because of such resubdivision, the 12 foot
easement along the north line of Lot 18 in the Village West
Subdivision, Fifth Filing, is not needed for any municipal
purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
That the following described easement in the Village
West Subdivision, Fifth Filing, to-wit•
A 12 foot easement along the North line of Lot 18;
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and
ordered published this 7th day of February A.D.
1978, and to be presente�or final passage on the 21st day
of February A.D. 1978.
