BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING HPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS. COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE
PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE TREND HOMES FIRST ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chbpter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins, be and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Trend Homes First
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L-P, Low Density
Planned Residential District, as follows
A tract of land situate in the Southwest 4 of Section 27,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , Larimer
County, Colorado, which, cogsidering the South line of said
Southwest ;4 as bearing N 89 43' W and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto, is contained within the
boundary lines which begin 8t a point which bears S 89°43' E
1320 69 feet and again N 00 O1 '55" W 100 00 feet from th�
Southwest corner of said Section 27, and run thence N 00
O1 '55" W 2564 73 feet to a point on the North line of said
Southwest 14, thence S 89°33'S6" E 1320 58 feet to the Center
o corner of said Section 27, thence S 00 02'04" E 2181 25 feet
along the East line of s8id Southwest thence N 89 43' Wo I
400.00 feet, thence S 00 02'04" E 420 00 feet, thence N 89
43' W 920 68 feet to the point of beginning, containing 73 8450
acres, more or less
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 7tb day of February , A D 1978, and to be presented for
final passage on the 21at day of Feb A D 1978.
