BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 118-11 AND 118-60
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS INCLUDING
BARS AS A PERMITTED USE UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES
IN THE B-P, PLANNED BUSINESS DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section 118-11 of the Code of the City
of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by
adding thereto in proper alphabetical order the following
definition:
"BAR - Any establishment which has been licensed as a
tavern under the Colorado Liquor Code and any establish-
ment licensed for the sale of 3.2 fermented malt beverages
which is classified as a tavern under Chapter 33 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins. "
Section 2. That Section 118-60A(2) of the Code of the
City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended as
follows:
A. An additional subsection following what is now
subsection (y) is added as follows:
"Bars, provided such use is specifically identified and
located on the unit development plan approved pursuant
to this ordinance. "
B. The use presently identified as subsection (x)
shall be relocated in the listed uses under said Section
118-60A(2) so that such use is the last use listed and the
subsections shall be relettered in appropriate alphabetical
order.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and
ordered published this 21st day of February, A.D. 1978, and
to be presented for final passage on the14th day of March,
A.D. 1978.
