ORDINANCE NO 34 1978
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHWER 118 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE
PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE PARKWOOD EAST ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of
the Code of the City of Fort Collins, be and the same hereby is, changed
and amended by including the property known as the Parkwood East
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-P, Planned
Residential District and the R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential District,
as follows
(a) R-P, Planned Residential District.
A tract of land which begins at a point which bears N 00035'
40" E 2645 75 feet from the South 1/4 corner of Section 19,
Township 7 gorth, Range 68 West, of the Sixth P M , and run
thence N 00 16'04" E 957 42 feet, thence S 89051150" E 1305 95
feet, thence S 85012'10" E 124 51 feet, thence S 00°03'45" W
942 44 feet, thence S 89°56'30" W 1433 47 feet to the point of
beginning. containing 31 3740 acres, more or less
(b) R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential District
A tract of land which begins at the South 1/4 corner of Section
19, Townshi8 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P M , and run
thence N 00 35'40" E 2645 75 feet, thence N 89 56'30" E 1228 47
feet, thence S 00003'45" W 2635 92 feet, thence S 89030' W
1253 10 feet to the point of beginning, containing 75 2170 acres,
more or less.

A tract of land which begins at a point which bears N 89030' E
1253 10 feet from the South 1/4 corner of Section 19, Townshi8
7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P M , and run thence N 00
030085 E 2635 92 feet, thence N 89°56'�0" E 205 00 feet, thence
S 00 03'45" W 2634 34 feet, thence S 89 30' W 205 00 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 12 4010 acres, more or less
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
