BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification from RMP, Medium Density
Planned Residential District to BP, Planned Business District for the
following described property in the City, to-wit
A part of Eastgate First Filing, Fort Collins, Colorado,
situate in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, Township 7
North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P M , which begins 8t
the Northwest corner of Eastgate, and run thence S 00
03'5g" E 150 90 feet, thence S 63o31 '28" E 452 11 feet, thence
S 57 02'30" E 224 12 feet, thence N 45 06' E 102 00 feet,
thence along the arc of a 25 00 foot radius curve to the
left a distance of 40 82 feet, the long chord of which bears
N 01040'15" W 36 43 feet, thence along the arc of a 915 00
foot radius curve to the left a distance of 240 83 feet,
the long chord of which bears N 55 58'55" W 240 15 feet,
thence N 63 31 '20" W 519 54 feet to the point of beginning
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 4th day of April A D 1978, and to esented
for final passage on the 18eh day April 1978
