BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification from R-M, Medium Density
Residential District to I-P, Industrial Park District for the following
described property in the City, to-wit
All that part of the S 1/2 NE 1/4, Sec 12, T 7 N , R 69 W ,
of the 6th P M , more particularly described as follows
Commencing at the east quarter corner of said Sec 12, thence
west on the east and west center line of said Section, 1090
feet to a point, thence northerly making in the northeast
quadrant an angle of 89°11 ' with said last course 416 8 feet
to the true point of beginning which is the northeast corner
of that certain tract deeded to Frederick Schmidt by Warranty
Deed dated January 10, 1928, thence with the last described
course nolh 493 7 feet to a point, with a deflection angle
left of 61 26' a 6istance of 173 9 feet, thence with a deflection
angle right of 13 37' a distance of 479 9 feet to a point in the
north line of the said S 1/2 NE 1/4 of Sec 12, thence west 372
feet, more or less, on the north line of said S 1/2 NE 1/4 to
the intersection of said north line, with the east line extended,
of Third Street, Buckingham Place Subdivision, thence south
920 feet, more or less, on said east line of Third Street to
a point which is 397 3 feet north of the east and west center
line of said Sec 12, thence easterly 874 9 feet to the place of
