BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collin , Colorado,
adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification from B-L, Li ited Business
District to R-M, Medium Density Residential District for he following
described property in the City, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the Northwest 1 4 of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 21 , Township 7 North, Ran 69 West of the
Sixth P M , City of Fort Collins, State f Colorado, which,
considering the North line of the Nor west 1/4 of said
Section 21 as bearing S 89°41 ' E and ith all bearings
contained herein, relative thereto, is contained within
the boundary lines which begin at,a point on the West line
of said Northwest 1/4, which beads S 00 35' E 175 00 feet
from the Northwest corner of sa,i'd Section 21 and run thence
S 00°35' E g65 85 feet, thence/N 89 42' E a97 50 feet,
thence N 35 57' E 440 16 fee , thence N 00 46' W 5 93 feet,
thence N 89041 ' W 459 56 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 2 7657 acres, ore or less
