BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY
FOR ZONING PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code
of the City of Fort Collins, be, and the same hereby is, changed and
amended by including the following described property in the B-P, Planned
Business District
Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of said Section 23,
thence S 0° 22' E 30 00 feet to the point of beginning,
thence East parallel to the North line of Section 23,
758 75 feet, thence S 0° 22' E 520 0 feet, thence
Wesb 758 7 feet to the quarter section Tine, thence
N 0 22' W along the quarter section line 520 0 feet
to the point of beginning Less approximately 2
acres along the westerly boundary of said tract
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
