ORDINANCE NO 40 , 1978
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING—THEZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification from HB, Highway Business
District, and BP, Planned Business District to entirely BP, Planned Business
District for the following described property in the City, to-wit
Tract 2 of replat of block 2, and lots 1 to 7 inclusive of
block 1 of the St Vrain Subdivision and a tract of land
situate in the South ;S of the Northwest ; of Section 24,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , Fort
Collins, Colorado, which consideging the West line of the
said Northwest ; as bearing N 00 07' E and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto is contained within the
boundary lines which begin at the Southeast corner of Tract
Two of the Replat of Block 2 and Lots 1 to 7 inclusive of
Block 1 of the St Brain Subdivision, Fort Collin, Colorado,
and run thence N 81 49' E 54 28 feet, thence N 23 53' W 123 51
feet, thence along the arc of a 387 18 foot radius curve to
the right 8 distance of 162 18 feet, the long chord of which
bears N 11 53' W 161 00 feet, thence along the Easterly line
of said Tract Two, S 00°07' W 63 13 feet and again along the
arc of a 432 79 foot radius curve to the left a distance of
162 09 feet, the long chorg of which bears S 10°36'45" E
161 14 feet and again S 00 07" W 56 70 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 5521 square feet
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 4eh day of April A D 1978, and o be presented for final
passage on the 18th day of April 1978
