BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That the zoning district map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
adopted by the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby
amended by changing the zoning classification from R-P, Planned Residentiai
District to B-P, Planned Business District for the following described
property in the City, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25,
Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , Fort Collins,
Colorado, which considering the East line of the said Northeast
1/4 as bearing S 00 36' E and with all bearings contained herein
relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which
begin at a point on the East line of the said Northeast 1/4
which bears S 00°36' E 570 68 feet from the Northeast corner
of said Section 25, and run thence S g0°36' E 351 97 feet
alon8 the said East line, thence S 89 94' W 50 00 feet, thence
N 86 47'20" W 155 70 feet, thence N 72 36' W 67 00 feet, thence
N 69°00' W 277 00 feet, thence N 81°45' W 174 00 feet, thence
N 02000' E 160 00 feet, thence N 75000' W 120 00 feet to a
point on the East line of Edinburg Street, thence along said
East line along the arc of a 171 74 foot radius curve to the
righS a distance of 146 12 feet, the long chord of which bears
N 39 22'30" E 141 76 feet and again along the arc of a 226 07
foot radius curve to the left a distance of 252 52 feet, the
long chord of which bears N 31 45' E 239 60 feet and again
N 00°15' W 38 96 feet, thence along the arc of a 347 87
foot radius curve to the left 8 distance of 548 56 feet, the
long chord of which bears S 45 25'30" E 493 46 feet, thence
N 89°24' E 239 50 feet to the point of beginning, containing
5 7910 acres, more or less
Introduced, considered favorably on first rea and ordered published
this 4th day of April A D 1978, and o presented for final
passage on the lath day of April A D 1978
