BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND OTHERWISE ABANDONING
A SIX FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE WESTERNMOST PORTION
OF LOT 5, HARVARD SUBDIVISION, FIRST FILING
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has been requested to vacate an
unused six (6) foot utility easement located on the westernmost portion of
Lot 5 of the Harvard Subdivision, First Filing, and
WHEREAS, the easement for which vacation is requested is not
needed for municipal purposes nor will the same be needed for municipal
purposes in the future
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following described utility easement, to-wit
The western six (6) feet of Lot 5, Harvard Subdivision,
First Filing, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado,
be, and the same hereby is, abated, vacated and abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 18th day of April , A D 1978, and to be present for the final pass—
age on the 2nd day of May A D 1978
